摘　　要：在我国高等教育改革发展进程中,独立学院已经成为我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分。随着我国高等教育管理的不断创新和发展,党建工作管理理念、管理模式也在进行着有效的探索和实践。本文探讨如何将ISO质量管理理念引入到独立学院党建工作管理中,构建党建工作质量管理体系,提升独立学院党建工作水平,促进学校的管理和人才的培养。In the reform of the higher education in China, inde-pendent colleges have become an important component of the higher education. With the innovation and development of the higher education management, the concept and mode of the man-agement of the Party construction are effectively explored and practiced. We will apply ISO quality management to the Party construction of independent colleges to build a new quality man-agement system, which will improve the Party construction and promote school management and talents training.
