新一轮团队式教育对口支援工作的探索与主要实践经验——以新疆大学为例

摘　　要：2010年,国家启动新一轮对口支援西部高校工作,采用名校牵头,多所一流大学参与,高校团队化工作组的新模式进行。这是推动我国高等教育区域协调发展的又一项重大举措,在实践中已取得了显著成效。本文以受援高校新疆大学为例,阐述团队式对口支援工作取得的主要成绩和积累的经验、存在的问题以及相应的意见建议。In 2010, our country started a new round of counter-part support for western colleges and universities, adopting the new model of group working led by well-known universities and supported by many first-class universities. This is another major action promoting the regional and harmonious development of China＇s higher education, and significant effect has been achieved in practice. Exemplified by Xinjiang University which receives the support, this paper expatiates on the main achievements and experience accumulated in group counterpart support as well as the problems and corresponding suggestions for it.
