云南藏区老年协会自主性发展与维护社会稳定的相关考察

摘　　要：现代社会的变迁和老年服务需求,诱致催生了老年协会,政府的选择性管理为其提供了发展空间。云南藏区老年协会的自主性发展在促进藏区和谐社会建设的进程中发挥了服务、凝聚、桥梁、创新、调适的积极作用。云南藏区老年协会发展的实践表明,老年协会既是养老服务多元供给中不可或缺的主体,又在维护民族团结,促进社会和谐稳定的进程中发挥着重要作用,应予积极扶持,促其发展。The Society of Senior Citizens has emerged as a result of the development of modern society and the demand for the elderly services. The selective management of the government provides room for its further development. The autonomous development of the Society of Senior Citizens of Yunnan Province plays an important role in the harmonious development of the Tibetan - inhabited area in Yunnan in terms of elderly services, cohesion, connection, creation and adjustment. It concludes that its practice shows that the Society of Senior Citizens is not only the indispensable institution for providing the aged with necessary services but also plays a key role in stabilizing the ethnic unity and social stability, whose further development needs more support.
