摘　　要：影响企业技术创新投入的因素有外部因素和内部因素。其中,要素资源价格上涨、政府研发资助、科技投入存量、银行贷款利率和外资竞争是影响我国企业技术创新投入的主要因素,技术水平和税率作用的影响较为滞后,研发人员数量和企业盈利能力对企业技术创新投入没有显著影响,企业对市场竞争和经济变化缺乏敏感性,技术创新投入不够主动。应充分发挥政府资助的引导效应,适时调整要素和资源价格,充分利用税率和金融杠杆,引入多元竞争,激发我国企业技术创新投入的动力。Through collecting data of public science and technology subsidy,enterprise investment etc,the paper has explored the determinants of enterprise innovation investment based on testing hypothesis with correlation and causation analysis. The findings show that rise in price of labor and resources,public R＆amp;D subsidy,R＆amp;D investment stock,bank loan rate and foreign capital competition are the main determinants of enterprise R＆amp;D investment,the effects of technological level and tax rate are more lagged,but R＆amp;D staffs and enterprise profitability have no significant effect on enterprise R＆amp;D investment. With economic development mode is extensive,enterprises are not sensitive to market competition and economic change,and are not initiative in R＆amp;D investment. We should improve the leading effect of government subsidy,adjust the price of factors and resources,take advantage of the tax rate and financial leverage and introduce diversified competition to stimulate China’s enterprises to invest more in innovation.
