档案公共服务与公民民事诉讼举证能力的保障

摘　　要：我国民事诉讼举证规则的改变,对公民养成、提升举证能力提出了迫切的要求。由于诸多民事案件的证据信息与档案信息联系紧密,档案信息能否便利获取,关系到公民举证能力能否有效实现。为顺畅地获取证据信息,公民除了需要具备法律意识、掌握一定的收集、固定证据的能力之外,还需要在档案公共服务层面上的保障。档案公共服务应注重措施的针对性,为公民实现举证能力提供保证。The changes of civil litigation proof rule put forward urgent request to the citizens＇ proof a- bility. Due to the closely link between the civil cases proofs and government archives, access easily to government archives is in relation to the implement of citizens＇ proof ability, therefore, citizens need the guarantee from the archives systems of the country. Public service of Archives should pay attention to the targeted measures and provide the guarantee to the citizens＇ proof ability.
