摘　　要：远程开放教育护理学专业,是为适应在职护理人员学历提升而开设的。针对成人护理教育中欠缺的问题,本文分析了在职护理学习者的一般特征和学习基础,提出了"融补缺口、上台阶、培养学习能力为一体;明确培养目标,整合、优化基础医学课程体系;专—本科课程一体化设计,保证本科教育的基本要求"的教学改革思路,并以信息技术为支撑,在课程建设、网络环境建设、实践教学实施、课程教学团队建设等方面进行了探索和研究。The nursing program in open and distance education is designed specifically for in-service nursing professionals who intend to upgrade their qualifications. After analyzing the characteristics and academic foundation of the target learners, the article advocates the following approach to reforming the nursing program delivery: strengthening learners' foundation with equal emphasis on teaching how to learn; integrating and optimizing basic medical courses according to intended learning outcomes; and ensuring smooth transition from junior college curriculum to undergraduate curriculum. The article also documents IT-enhanced innovative practice in course production, networked environment construction, practical skill training and course instructional team development.
