摘　　要：索拉非尼是多靶点、多激酶抑制剂,可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、阻断肿瘤血管生成。索拉非尼现已广泛用于肝癌的多元化治疗,其药物不良反应及相关处置也日益受到重视。本文对索拉非尼的机理、临床应用、药物不良反应及处理进行阐述。Sorafenib is a multi -target, multi -kinase inhibitor which can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and block tumor angiogenesis.Sorafenib is now widely used in diversified treatment for liver cancer , so people now pay more attention to its adverse events and the associated disposals.This paper discusses the mechanism of sorafenib , its clinical applications , adverse reactions , and some experience of how to deal with it.
