摘　　要：作为一种非诉讼监督方式,检察建议是检察机关法律监督权的重要组成部分。检察建议对保证法律的正确实施,完善社会管理与服务,预防和减少违法犯罪有着重要意义。但在具体适用中,检察建议在自身质量、实际效果和落实力度等方面还存在不尽如人意之处。应当以新《刑事诉讼法》的实施为契机,完善检察建议的法律规制,进一步强化检察机关的法律监督地位。As a method of for procuratorial organs non-litigation supervision, procuratorial suggestion is a necessary part of the legal supervision right Procuratorial suggestion has important significance to ensure law enforcement, to improve social management and services, and to prevent and reduce crimes. But in practice, the quality, the real effects and the implementation efforts of procuratorial suggestion are not just as expected. We should take the implementation of the new criminal procedure law as an opportunity to perfect the legal regulation of procuratorial suggestions and strengthen the legal status of the procuratorial organs.
