摘　　要：地方院校承担着为区域经济和社会发展提供大量高素质应用型、技能型、复合型人才的职能。近十几年来,随着时代的变革和科学技术的快速发展,地方院校也实现了办学层次、规模上的快速发展,但人才培养质量问题一直是困扰着的难题。应用型人才的培养定位、模式、目标以及如何实施是地方院校提高人才培养质量必须面对的任务。Local colleges and universities undertake the responsibility to provide a large number of high-quality application-oriented,skilled and versatile talents for regional economic and social development.In the past decade,with the changes of the times and the rapid development of science and technology,local colleges and universities have achieved rapid development in educational level and scale,but the issue of the training quality of talents has been plagued by the problem.The training orientation,training mode,objectives and its implementation to applied talents must be the tasks for local colleges and universities to face to improve the training quality of talents.
