摘 要:纳米银实木薄片的制备是将薄片浸没到水溶性纳米银溶胶中,1min后取出晾干,然后剪切成多个圆形小木片。用抑菌环法测量实木薄片的抗菌性能和耐擦拭性能。结果表明:当处理实木薄片的纳米银溶胶的浓度达到20μg/mL时,对大肠杆菌的抑菌环的直径超过10mm,而且该薄片有良好的耐擦拭功能,在经湿抹布10余次擦拭之后,其抗菌活性未见明显下降,显示了良好的持久抗菌活性。The thin wood sheet with nanosilver was immersed in a water-soluble nanosilver sol for lmin,then drying,and cutting into multiple small round flakes. The antimicrobial properties and resistant to wiping performance of the flakes were measured by bacteria-inhibiting ring method. The results showed that: the sheets had good antibacterial activity to E. coli and resistance to wiping, and the diameter of inhibition bacteria zone was more than 10mm when the concentration of nanosilver sol reached 20 μg /mL. Moreover,its antibacterial activity no significant decreased after more than 10 times wiping by a wet cloth.
