科技型中小企业家能力与企业绩效关系的实证研究

摘　　要：科技型中小企业家能力对企业绩效的形成具有重要影响,但尚未得到实证研究支持。在构建科技型中小企业家能力与企业绩效指标体系基础上,运用探索性因子分析、相关与回归分析法探讨了科技型中小企业家能力与企业绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明,科技型中小企业家能力与企业绩效具有明显的正相关关系,科技型中小企业家的组织能力、机会能力、战略能力、科研能力和创新能力对企业绩效的影响比较明显。对于科技型中小企业来说,充分发挥和提升企业家能力,可以增强企业竞争力,进而提高企业绩效。Medium ＆ small ST entrepreneur＇ s capability has a very important influence on firm performance, but it has not been supported by empirical research.We explore the relationship between medium ＆ small ST entrepreneur＇ s capability and firm performance by the way of using exploratory factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis based on building the indicator system of medium ＆ small ST entrepreneur＇ s capability and firm performance. The study＇ s conclusion shows that a clear positive correlation between medium ＆ small ST entrepreneur＇ s capability and firm performance, and medium ＆ small ST entrepreneur＇ s organizational ability, opportunity ability, strategic ability, research ability and innovative ability have more obvious influence on firm performance. Therefore, it can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to improve firm performance by developing and promoting entrepreneur＇ s capability fully to medium ＆ small ST enterprises.
