摘 要:馆员管理一直是高校图书馆管理中一项重要内容,传统的理性管理将馆员管理置于不完全竞争机制下,其是导致高校图书馆人事管理问题产生的重要原因。因此,当前馆员管理应该从理性走向有限理性。在有限理性理论的视阈下,通过分析馆员管理环境和管理者认识能力以及有效整合图书馆各方资源后可以发现,严格的馆员准入机制、多元化的馆员培训制度、灵活多变的激励机制等能够保障馆员队伍的高度专业性和职业素养的全面性。The librarian management is always an important content in the university library management, the traditional rational management places the librarian management in the imperfect competition mechanism which is one of important reasons that leads to problems of the personnel management of the university library.Therefore, the current librarian management should develop from the rationality to the bounded rationality. In the visual threshold of the bounded rationality theory, through the analysis of the management environment of librarians and the cognitive ability of managers, the effective integration of various library resources, we could find that the strict admittance mechanism, the pluralistic librarians' training system, and the flexible and polytropic incentive mechanism could guarantee the highly profession and the comprehensiveness of the professional accomplishment of the librarian team.
