摘  要:"工学结合"人才培养模式是我国新形势下高职教育改革与发展的重要切入点与发展方向,此特性决定了作为高职院校三大支柱之一的图书馆必须摒弃传统的办馆理念与发展策略,确立为"工学结合"人才培养模式服务的核心理念和发展策略。高职院校图书馆的各项工作尤其是馆藏建设、信息服务建设,必须注重"工学结合"的内涵,突出"工学结合"的特点,彰显高职院校图书馆有异于普通高校图书馆的独特定位和鲜明特色,主动担当、完成历史赋予高职院校图书馆的职责和义务。The personnel training mode of "combining learning with working" is the important breakthrough point and development direction of the higher vocational education reform and development under the new situation of China, this characteristic decides that as one of three pillars of the higher vocational college, the library must abandon the traditional idea of the library management and development strategy, and establish the core concept and the development strategy of serving the personnel training mode of "combining learning with working". Every work of the higher vocational college library, especially the collection construction and the information service construction, must pay attention to the connotation of "combining learning with working", emphasize the feature of "combining learning with working", highlight the unique positioning and distinctive characteristics of the higher vocational college library that are different from the ordinary university library, undertake and complete the duty and obligation entrusted by the history of the higher vocational college library actively.
