摘  要:通过分析溢流染色机测控特点,设计了基于AT89S51单片机为核心的染色精确控制系统。系统以流量计检测用水量;以磁敏传感器HMC1021D检测织物运行状况,即用布头处缝制有小磁钢的布匹在经过磁敏传感器附近时产生脉冲信号,根据脉冲间隔时间和相应的长度,算出织物运行的速度,根据测得的数据控制阀门电动执行机构,同时运用模糊PID控制策略实现阀门控制过程中的快速准确定位和柔性关断,达到系统的测控要求。实验结果显示,该系统具有成本低、精度高、性能可靠等特点,可在溢流染色机的改造中得到广泛的应用。By analyzing the problems and causes existed in the overflow dyeing machine,it is concluded that the consistency requirement between water in the dyeing vats and running situation of the internal dyeing fabric is necessary satisfied for the precise dyeing of the overflow dyeing machines.Based on this observation,we analyze its measurement and control characteristics,and design a precise dyeing control system based on AT89S51 single chip microcomputer.The system mainly composes of the magneto-dependent sensors HMC1021D,and flowmeter is used as the measuring component,The flowmeter measures water in the dyeing vats,the magneto-dependent sensor measures the running situation of the internal dyeing fabric.It is achieved by sewing a small magnet at cloth head.When it passes near the magneto-dependent sensors,and a pulse signal is generated.The running speed of the internal dyeing fabric is calculated based on the times between interval pulse signals and corresponding length.The proposed system controls the electric valve actuator based on measured data,and uses fuzzy PID control strategy to realize quick and accurate location and flexible shutdown in the process of the valve control.It satisfies the measurement and control requirement.The experimental results show that the proposed system has low cost,high accuracy and reliable performance.The system is able to be generally applied for the reformation of the overflow dyeing machines.
