摘 要:细胞色素P450(CYP)4A和4F酶将花生四烯酸代谢生成二十羟基二十碳四烯酸(20-HETE),20-HETE一方面通过收缩外周血管起升高血压作用,另一方面,通过抑制水钠吸收起抗高血压作用。在高血压动物模型中发现20-HETE不仅仅与高血压密切相关,还发现20-HETE的变化伴随着血糖的异常,而后在糖尿病动物模型及人群中也证实了20-HETE的改变。该文就对20-HETE在血压、血糖调控方面作一综述。The cytochrome P450 4 A and 4 F family catalyze the metabolism of araehidonie acid to 20-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (20-HETE). 20-HETE has two contradictory effects in the develop- ment of hypertension. One is prohypertension resulting from constriction of the small arteries. The other is anti- hypertension caused by inhibition of sodium reabsorption. In the animal modes of hypertension, they suggested that 20-HETE is not only closely associated with hypertension, but also accompanies with blood glucose abnormalities. Furthermore, the abnormal 20-HETE level was also found in some diabetic animal models and human affected with diabetes. In this paper, 20-HETE on blood pressure and glucose regulation was reviewed.
