慢性泪囊炎病原菌63例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察慢性泪囊炎病原菌分布,围手术期应用敏感抗生素。方法 63例(75眼)取泪囊分泌物标本75份进行细菌培养、分离、鉴定及药物敏感实验。结果 75份送检标本,其中72份标本分离出致病菌75株,菌属分布为:G+菌为56株,其中G+球菌53株(57%),G+杆菌共计3株(17%),G-杆菌为18株(24%),G-球菌为1株(2%)。G+球菌中表皮葡萄球菌占G+阳性菌的81%。同一患者发病的双眼泪囊细菌培养结果不完全相同,并出现对同一种药物敏感性的差异。98.67%菌株对头孢菌素类抗生素敏感。表皮葡萄球菌对左氧氟沙星的敏感率为86%。结论表皮葡萄球菌为慢性泪囊炎感染的主要菌属,细菌培养和药物敏感试验后合理用药。Objective To observe the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with chronic dacryocystitis and antibiotic sensitivity in Peroperative Period.Methods Material of lacrimal sac secretion of 63 patients（75 eyes）with chronic dacryocystitis was sampled for bacterial culture。lsolation,identification and drug sensitivity test.Results Of the 75 cases of chronic dacryocystitis patients with sacculus lacrimalis secretion culture.72 cases were positive.a totaI of 75 strains positive bacteria were isolated.There were 53 strains of G＋COCCi（57%）with43 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis（81%）and G-bacilli 18strains（24%）.The sensitive rate of the strains cephalosporins were 98.67%Staphylococcus epidermidis sensitive tolevofloxacin was 86%.Conclusion Staphylococcus epidermidis iS the main bacteria of chronic dacryocystitis.We should pay attention to the first-line drug resistance,combination with bacterial culture、drug sensitivity results for reasonable selection of antibiotics.
