摘　　要：输血相关急性肺损伤（TRALI）是与患者的个人因素及灌注物有关的一类疾病。炎性因素的存在增加了TRALI的易感性。为减少TRALI的发生，医师应对需要进行灌注的患者制定个体化判断与干预措施。Transfusion-related acute lung injury （TRALI） is a kind of disease which is related to individual factors and transfusion product. The presence of an inflammatory condition increase susceptibility to TRALI. To reduce incidence of TRAM, the doctor should take an individualized approach and individualized intervention to the patient in need of transfusion.
