摘　　要：随着科研成果传播方式的改变,机构知识库在学术界越来越受关注。某院图书馆提出学术知识库的建设,旨在实现医院内部知识产出的集中展示和统一管理,促进科研成果的开放共享,推进学院型医院的发展。目前学术知识库已初具规模,收录了从1994-2013年作者单位(第一作者或通讯作者)为本院的期刊论文,实现了知识产出的浏览和检索功能,并对知识库的管理和利用制定了一系列政策,同时探讨了需要进一步解决的主要问题。With the change of the scientific research transmission mode, institutional repository is becoming more and more attention in academic circles. The construction of a hospital library academic institutional repository is put forward. To achieve the hospital internal knowledge output showcase and unified management, and promote open sharing of scientific research achievements, promote the development of college type hospital. We established institutional repository which covers the periodical thesis whose author＇ s affiliation （first author or corresponding author） is this hospital from 1994 to 2013.Users can browse and retrieve the articles quickly and accurately.Also we make a series of policy to promote the management and use of institutional repository.At the same time,we discussed the main problems need to be solved further.
