摘 要:目的研究人脑星形细胞瘤中Gal-3和Bcl-2蛋白的表达及相互关系。方法 46例标本取自首次行星形细胞瘤切除的患者,8例正常脑组织标本取自颅脑外伤行内减压的患者,应用SP法免疫组化检测标本中Gal-3和Bcl-2蛋白在正常脑组织和不同病理分级的星形细胞瘤中表达。结果正常脑组织中无明显Gal-3和Bcl-2表达,Gal-3的阳性表达与星形细胞瘤的病理分级之间呈显著相关性,不同病理分级星形细胞瘤中Bcl-2阳性表达的差异无统计学意义。Gal-3与Bcl-2在星形细胞瘤中的表达呈正相关。结论 Gal-3在星形细胞瘤中的表达可能对肿瘤发生、发展有重要的作用,它有可能通过调节Bcl-2蛋白的水平来发挥抑制细胞凋亡的作用。Objective To explore the expression and relationship of Galectin-3 and Bcl-2 protein in the different pathological grade of astrocytomas .Methods S-P immmunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Galectin-3 and Bcl-2 protein in 46 patients with human astrocytomas and 8 of normal brain tissues .The relationship between the expression of Galectin-3 and Bcl-2 protein in the human astrocytomas was analyzed statistically .Results There was no expression of Galectin-3 and Bcl-2 protein in the normal brain tissues .The positive expression rate of Galectin-3 was different statistically in different pathological grade of the astrocytomas , but the expression of Bcl-2 was not significantly different .The expression of Galectin-3 was positively associated with the expression of Bcl-2.Conclusions The expression of Galectin-3 may be involved in tumoriogenesis and development of astrocytomas .Galectin-3 may also possibly act on restraining apoptosis by adjusting the expression level of Bcl-2.
