摘　　要：目的弄清博爱县碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率,为该病的健康教育提供参考依据。方法对随机抽出该病目标人群,进行问卷调查,然后进行统计学分析处理。结果博爱县碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率为:在地方病健康教育项目实施前75.93%,项目实施后为90.93%(χ2=4.34,P<0.05)。结论博爱县碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率已达到国家要求(中部农村居民>70%,农村小学生>80%),应当巩固。Objective Figure out BoAi County iodine deficiency disease knowledge and awareness, and provide a reference for the health education of the disease. Methods Of random out of the target population of the disease, conducted a questionnaire survey, and then was used for statistical analysis and processing. Results BoAi County iodine deficiency disease knowledge awareness： in endemic health education project prior to the implementation of 75.93%, 90.93% after the implementation of the project （ x^2=4.34, P〈0.05）. Conclusion BoAi County iodine deficiency disease prevention knowledge awareness has reached the national requirements （the middle of rural residents〉 70%, rural primary school students〉 80%）, should be consolidated.
