摘　　要：以东方航空公司并购上海航空公司为例,分别使用结构分析方法和模拟分析方法评估横向并购的单边效应。研究发现,尽管航空客运市场的集中度较高,有可能会出现滥用市场势力的单边行为,但是东方航空公司与上海航空公司的重组合并带来的效率提升抵减了其合并可能产生的价格上涨效应。This paper evaluates and analyzes the unilateral effects of horizontal mergers respectively u- sing structural analysis and simulation analysis by discussing the case of Eastern Airlines merging Shanghai Airlines. The study discovers that the efficiency gains which the reorganization of Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines offsets the prices effects of the restructure, in spite of possibility of abusing the market power and high concentration of the air passenger market.
