北虫草人工培养条件的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究北虫草人工培养条件.[方法]对北虫草人工栽培条件pH、不同加水量、不同接种量等）进行了较为系统的研究.[结果]适合北虫草生长的最适pH为7～8;添加营养液的培养基中,子实体产量最高;小麦培养基和大米培养基的最适加水量分别为50～55 ml和45～50 ml;最适接种量为2.5～5.0ml/瓶.[结论]为工业化生产提供技术支持.[Objective] The aim was to study artificial culture conditions of Cordyceps millitaris.[Method] A relatively systematic study of cultivation conditions of Cordyceps millitaris was studied,such as pH,different water addition and different inoculation amount.[Result] Test results showed that the most suitable pH value for the growth of Cordyceps millitaris was 7-8 ; Fruitbody yield was the highest in medium supplemented with nutrient solution,; In wheat and rice medium the optimum water addition were 50-55 ml and 45-50 ml ; The most suitable inoculation quantity was 2.5-5.0 ml per bottle.[Conclusion] The study provided technical support for industrialized production.
