农业高职院校新生适应性教育调查及对策研究

摘　　要：针对农业高职院校新生适应性教育的特殊性,通过对思想、学习、生活、人际4个方面的调研结果进行分析,有针对性地提出对策建议,即要做好新生学习指导,开展职业生涯规划,关注心理健康,加强基础设施建设等。Aiming at the particularity of adaptive education for freshmen in vocational colleges of agriculture,the investigation results were analyzed from thinking,learning,life,interpersonal relationship,strategies and suggestions were put forward accordingly,namely,to do a good job in guiding students learning,carry out occupation career planning,pay attention to mental health,strengthen infrastructure construction.
