摘　　要：目的 探讨人斯钙素2蛋白（STC2）在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学技术[链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶（SP）三步法]检测STC2在50例胃癌组织中的表达,并选取40例癌旁黏膜组织作为对照组.回顾性分析胃癌患者的临床病理特征与STC2表达的关系.结果 STC2在胃癌组织和癌旁黏膜组织中阳性表达率为分别为68.00％和35.00％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.胃癌组织中,侵犯黏膜层和肌层组STC2的阳性表达率为38.46％,明显低于侵及浆膜层及浆膜外组的78.38％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率为80.65％,高于无转移组的42.11％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;而不同性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、组织分化、TNM分期和远处转移的STC2表达水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.STC2在不同浸润程度组和不同淋巴转移组中阳性表达强度均不同,差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.结论 STC2的表达与胃癌的浸润、淋巴结转移密切相关,可能是胃癌侵袭转移的促进因素之一,使胃癌的恶性程度增加.Objective To investigate the expression of human Stanniocalcin 2 （STC2） protein in gastric cancer （GC） tissue and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry were conducted to detect STC2 expression in paraffin-embedded gastric cancer tissues of 50 cases and normal gastric mucosa of 40 cases.The relationship between the expression of STC2 and the clinical pathological characteristics was explored.The clinical and pathologic parameters for this study included sex,age,maximum tumor size,depth of invasion,lymphatic metastasis,tumor stage,histologic grade,and distant metastasis.Resuits The positive expression rates of STC2 in 50 gastric cancer tissues is significantly higher than in 40 normal tissues （68.00％ ＞ 35.00％,P ＜ 0.01）.STC2 expression was significantly higher in cases with serosa-invasion （78.38％） than in those without serosa-invasion （38.46％） （P ＜ 0.01）.And the lymphatic metastasis group had a higher rate of STC2 expression than that without lymphatic metastasis group （80.65％ ＞42.11％,P ＜ 0.05）.However,the other parameters,including sex ratio,age,maximum tumor size,histologic grade,tumor stage and distant metastasis,did not show signifi-cant differences in STC2 expression （P ＞ 0.05）.The expressive intensity of STC2 was correlated with depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis,the differences were statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The expression of STC2 in gastric cancer is correlated to the tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis,it may serve as one of the factors that promote the invasion and metastasis and increase the malignant degree in the development of GC.
