摘  要:建立了中空纤维支载离子液体液液微萃取方法,结合HPLC/UV用于测定环境水体中痕量4-n-壬基酚.以l-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸离子液体([C8MIM][PF6])为萃取剂,优化影响萃取效率的萃取剂体积、供体相pH值、离子强度和萃取时间.最佳条件下,即[C8MIM][PF6]为5.0μL,pH=5,盐质量分数5%,萃取时间8 h时,对水体中4-n-壬基酚的富集倍数可达1 129倍,检出限质量浓度为0.05μg·L-1(S/N=3),质量浓度线性范围0.15~100.00μg·L-1(R=0.999 7),地表水加标回收率为80.1%~105.6%.A method for the determination of 4 -n -Nonylphenol in water samples was proposed by a hol- low fiber supported ionic liquid micro-extraction (HF- LPME ) combined with high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. Polypropylene hollow fiber supported 1-Octyl-3-methylimidazo- lium hexafluorophosphate ([ C8MIM] [PF6]) was used for determination of 4 -n -Nonylphenol in water samples. To achieve the optimum extraction performance, the main extraction parameters of extraction sol- vent volume, sample pH, salinity and extraction time were investigated. Under the optimized conditions with [CsMIM] [PF61 volume of 5.0 o,L, pH value of 5, salinity of 5% and extraction time of 8 h, the enrichment factor reaches 1 129 with mass concentration detection limit of 0.05 μg·L-1 (S/N =3), and the mass con- centration linear range is 0.15 - 100.00 μg·L-1 (R =0.999 7)with recoveries from 80. l% to 105.6%.
