摘　　要：目的探讨miR-17在结肠癌中的表达与临床病理特征间的关系。方法选取2012年1月至2013年6月经手术切除的50例原发性结肠癌及癌旁组织标本,采用实时荧光定量PCR分析miR-17的表达情况。结果相对于癌旁组织,50例结肠癌组织中miR-17表达下调(P<0.05),其表达与TNM分期以及浸润深度有关(均P<0.05)。结论 miR-17参与了结肠癌的发生发展。Objective To investigate the expression of miR-17 in colorectal cancer（CRC） and its relationship with clinieopathological features. Methods Quantitative real-time PCR was applied to examine the expression of miR-17 in 50 primary CRC specimens which were diagnosed and operated in our hospital between 2012. 01 and 2013.06, in comparison with the corresponding normal mucosa specimens. The relationship between the expression of miRNAs and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression of miR-17 in CRC was down-regulated by compared to normal mucosa（P 〈 0.05）. Furthermore, the expression of miR-17 was related to TNM stage and local invasion （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The down-expression of miR-17 may olav an important role in the progression of CRC.
