摘　　要：高职院校建立青年教师导师制是培养青年教师专业化发展的重要途径之一;从青年教师作为"弱势群体"的特点出发,分析建立青年教师导师制的必要性;阐述青年教师导师制的内容和实施途径。To establish the tutorial system for young teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important way to train young teachers＇ professional development. Starting from the characteris-tics of young teachers as a ＂vulnerable group＂, this paper ana-lyzes the necessity of establishing the tutorial system for young teachers, and elaborates the content and implementation ap-proaches of the tutorial system for young teachers.
