摘　　要：志愿者是我国社会实践不可或缺的中坚力量,但随着越来越多的志愿者服务的开展,心理动机直接影响到志愿者的服务质量,志愿者背后的心理动机值得关注。Volunteers are an integral part as well as the backbone of social practice, but with more and more implementation of vol-unteer service, psychological motivations directly affect the qual-ity of volunteer service, so volunteers＇ psychological motivations deserve attention.
