摘　　要：在分析教学管理的需求基础上,编制了护理专业临床实习管理软件,软件设置数据库信息、管理、数据输入、数据输出4个模块,实现了对护理临床教学相关信息的动态管理和数据分享,有效提高了护理临床教学工作效率。同时,相应管理机制的建立保证了信息管理的真实性和准确性,数据的备份机制加强了数据信息管理的安全性。Based on the analysis of teaching management demands,the clinical practice management software for nursing students was developed. The software contains four modules：information database,management,data input and data output. It achieved dynamic management and sharing of clinical teaching,effectively improved the efficiency of clinical teaching management. Moreover,the management mechanisms ensured the accuracy and authenticity of information,and the data backup system strengthened the security of data.
