彩超在早期乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩超对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对2011年5月～2012年5月在我院超声科进行乳腺癌筛查的女性4794人,进行彩色多普勒超声检查,仔细观察病灶外形、有无包膜、边界及同侧腋下淋巴结是否肿大。结果 4794例中,15例疑为乳腺癌,11例进行了手术,术后病理结果均证实为乳腺癌。结论与其他传统方法相比较,彩色多普勒超声在乳腺较小肿块的检出及良恶性的鉴别诊断中有很大优势,可作为乳腺癌早期诊断的首选。Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing early breast cancer. Methods 4794 female patients who would undergo breast cancer screening in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 were examined by color Doppler ultrasound to observe the lesion shapes and determine whether capsules existed in the lesions as well as whether lymph nodes located in the boundary and ipsilateral axillary of lesions were swelling. Results 15 cases were diagnosed as suspected breast cancer among all the 4794 cases. 11 cases with suspected breast cancer had underwent surgeries and then were confirmed as breast cancer by postoperative pathological results. Conclusion Compared with other traditional methods, color Doppler ultrasound which has a great advantage in detecting small lumps of mammary gland and diagnosing benign and malignant of lumps can be choosed as the preferred examination method for early diagnosis of breast cancer.
