摘　　要：酒是两面神:酒神与酒鬼。酒的发端,应该是偶然发现,得来全不费工夫。酒文化话题的发端,就回味悠长了。从酒的发现,酒的别名,酒的功用,酒的生产与流通,酒的特色,构成了酒的文化大观。Wine possibly originated by accident, but the origin of wine culture is a long story to tell. Wine culture is an assembly of the discovery of wine, its nicknames, its functions and uses, its production and circulation, and its characteristics.
