摘　　要：针对现有纺织品制样技术的不足,设计了一种具有安全防护功能的纺织品自动制样机。纺织品自动制样机采用旋转定位装置,可以实现一步制作大小均匀的样品;配合不同形状的刀模可制备不同形状的样品;可一次性切出多层样品,刀模有效面积大,可大幅度提高制样效率,制样量达到100 g/min;操作方便安全,省时省力。Based on the deficiencies of existing textiles sampling technologies, an automatic textiles sampling device with safety and preventive measures is designed. Adopting a rotary locating setting, the automatic textiles sampling device needs only one step to get samples in uniform size; besides, it can get samples in different shapes when cooperated with different cutting dies and it can also easily cut multilayer textiles at one time with large active area of cutting die, improved sampling efficiency greatly. The sample mass in unit-time reaches 100z/min. On all accounts, it has advantages of convenient operation, safety, time and labor saving.
