摘  要:为综合利用天花粉,在单因素试验的基础上,采取正交试验,以天花粉多糖的得率为指标,对影响天花粉多糖提取的酶用量、pH、提取温度和提取时间进行优化。结果表明:各因素对天花粉多糖提取率影响的顺序为酶用量>提取温度>pH>提取时间。其最佳工艺是提取温度60℃,酶用量0.2%,pH为5.0,提取1.5h,该条件下的天花粉多糖得率为5.48%。For the comprehensive utilization of R.trichosanthis, on the basis of single factor experiment,using the orthogonal test and taking the effects on yield of polysaccharide as the index,three factors affecting the extraction of polysaccharide,including enzyme dosage,pH value and temperature of extraction,were optimized.Results:various factors affecting polysaccharide yield followed the sequence of enzyme dosage 〉 extraction temperature 〉 pH value 〉 extracting time. The optimum extraction temperature factor was 60℃,enzyme dosage was 0.2%,pH was 5.0 and extracting time was 1.5 h, under the optimum conditions,the yield was up to 5.48%.
