摘　　要：目的：探讨军队医院军人心理咨询门诊的特点及心理障碍识别问题，为提高心理咨询门诊的诊疗效果提供依据。方法对某综合医院2011年4月-2013年12月军人心理咨询门诊的194个病例进行分析。结果咨询人群以青年官兵（20～35岁）为主占47．43％；已婚者占50．52％。心理咨询问题分类中情绪问题最多占37．63％；心理障碍疾病中精神分裂症占35．29％，情绪障碍抑郁症等占29．41％；新兵入伍后3个月为疾病高发期。结论军队医院军人心理门诊病例有其特殊规律，特别要提高综合医院医务人员心理障碍的早期识别能力。Objective To investigate the recognition of characteristics and psychological problems of psychological counseling in military hospital ,to provide a basis for improving the treatment effect on psychological counseling .Methods 194 cases who carried out military psychological counseling in a general hospital from 2011 April to 2013 December were analyzed .Results The advisory group in young soldiers （20-35 years old） occupied 47.43%;married for 50.52%.Emotion problems in classification of psychologi-cal counseling were up to 37.63%.The schizophrenia in mental disorders accounted for 35.29%.Emotional disorder such as depres-sion accounted for 29.41%.New recruits had high incidence of the disease after 3 months.Conclusion Psychological clinic of military hospital has its special characteristic ,early recognition ability should to be improved in the medical staffs of comprehensive hospital .
