摘 要:由于铝质瓶盖需经多道次连续冲制而成,以及对瓶盖外观印烫质量的高标准要求,目前其铝板材大多采用热轧供坯方式生产。铸轧坯比热轧坯在材料的内部冶金质量、晶粒度、制耳率、高低倍组织和力学性能的控制方面仍存在诸多困难,尤其是用电解铝液直接铸轧生产。本研究采用成本更低的电解铝液直接铸轧坯试制瓶盖用8011-H16铝合金板,通过对材料的成分设计、铸轧工艺控制、高温均匀化处理、退火时板材厚度的摸索、料卷温度的控制、轧辊参数的优化等综合试验研究,成功试制并批量生产出了合格的板材。Aluminum bottle caps are produced by several continuous punching. The requirements of the surface quality are very high, especially for the printing process. For the above reasons, great majority of manufacturers choose hot-rolled aluminum sheets for aluminum bottle caps. Compared with the hot-rolling slabs, there are many inherent limitations in castrolling aluminum sheets for bottle caps, especially on controlling of the microstructure and macrostructure (internal metallurgical quality, grain size, etc. ) and mechanical properties (earing rate, etc. )especially in slabs directly cast-rolled with electrolytic aluminum liquid. 8011-H16 aluminum alloy sheets for bottle caps were trial-produced with cost-effective electrolytic aluminium liquid. After the research on designing material compositions, controlling cast-rolling process, homogenizing treatment at high temperature, exploring annealing sheet thickness, controlling the temperature of aluminum coils, and optimizing work roll parameters, we succeeded in the trial producing qualified sheets.
