摘　　要：介绍了一个准研究性基础化学新实验——两种Co(Ⅲ)配合物键合异构体的制备、表征及转化分析。通过创设温度、放置时间等实验条件,引导学生探讨改变条件对键合异构体结构的影响。在引导学生进行讨论、解释及总结的过程中,培养学生的科研素质和创新能力。实验集无机制备和仪器分析于一体,实用性和可操作性强,可作为基础化学准研究性实验或开放实验开设。The preparation ,characterization and transformation analysis of two Co （Ⅲ ） complex bond isomers are introduced as a new quasi-research basic chemical experiment .Through the creation of experimental conditions such as temperature and storage time ,students are guided to explore the effect of the changed conditions on the structure of bond isomers .In the process of discussion ,interpretation and summarization ,the students’ scientific research quality and innovative abilities are cultivated .This experiment gathers inorganic preparation and instrumental analysis in integral whole and has good practicability and maneuverability .It can be set up as a quasi-research basic chemical experiment or an open experiment .
