摘　　要：基于学生实践创新能力的培养是实验室工作的主要目标,通过实验室开放管理,以各种实验项目为主要实践内容,由浅入深地引导学生进行实践,逐步培养学生的实践创新能力。阐述了实验室开放管理需要的基本条件:良好的管理制度、信息化管理系统、良好的仪器设备、良好的实验师资队伍、有吸引力的实验项目以及实验室开放管理经费支持,对实验室开放管理可能存在的问题及解决办法进行了探讨。Training the practical and innovative ability is the main purpose of laboratory work .With several kinds of practice projects in open laboratory ,chances can be provided for students to practice step by step , thus training their practice and innovation ability .Then the requirements for laboratory open management are introduced ,including good management system ,information management system ,advanced instrumentation , qualified experimental teachers , attractive practice projects and funds for laboratory open management . Finally , the possible problems in the laboratory open management and the corresponding solutions are discussed .
