摘　　要：分析了加强高校实践育人工作的重要意义和必要性,重点介绍建立以实验室平台为中心、以学生为本,开展实践创新能力培养的方法,涵盖了从思想动员到实践育人等多个方面,适应两校区办学特点,促进学生综合实践创新能力提高,进行基于实验室平台的"全方位、递进式"学生综合实践创新能力培养机制的探索和尝试。This article firstly analyzes the importance of reinforcing practical education of higher education .It puts emphasis on the methods of cultivating practical ability ,by taking laboratory platform as a core and students as the basis ,at School of Life Science of Beijing Institute of Technology .The methods cover various aspects including ideological mobilization ,practical education and so on ,which can adapt to the characters of running a university with two or more campuses and are benefit to improve the practical innovative ability of students .It is an exploration and trial on all round and progressive training mechanism for improving students’ practical innovative ability based on laboratory platform .
