摘  要:介绍了二极管激光器LD泵浦固体激光器Nd:YAG的结构类型,建立了LD端面泵浦、腔内KTP倍频、被动调Q的实验装置系统,并在该装置上进行了多项综合实验:二极管激光器的输出功率与驱动电流的变化关系实验,Nd:YAG激光器的输出功率与泵浦功率的关系测量实验,二极管泵浦固体激光器倍频实验,二极管激光器泵浦Nd:YAG激光器被动调Q实验,得到了相关的实验数据并进行了数据处理与分析,实验结果与理论相符。该实验装置已经向大三本科生开放,取得了很好的实验教学效果。The structure types of laser diode pumped (LD pumped) solid state laser Nd :YAG are introduced . The experimental apparatus system of LD end pumped ,intra cavity KTP frequency doubled and passively Q switched is constructed . Several comprehensive experimental items are done on the apparatus system , including the relationship of laser diode output power and its driving current ,the variation of Nd :YAG output power and its pump power ,frequency doubled and passively Q switched experiments .Related experimental data are obtained and processed ,and experimental results are consistent with the theory .The experimental apparatus has been opened to juniors of our school and good teaching effect is acquired .
