摘　　要：分析了高校建立大型仪器设备开放管理系统的迫切性。以河北师范大学化学与材料科学学院大型仪器设备开放管理系统的建设实践为例,详细介绍学院在推进开放管理系统建设过程中所采取的具体措施,重点阐述该管理系统的具体功能、操作步骤、使用原则。最后,通过对比开放管理系统建设前后仪器利用情况的数据,科学评价了系统的建设成效。This paper analyzes the urgency of constructing an open management system for large scale instruments and equipment .Taking the construction practice of open management system for large scale instruments and equipment ,in College of Chemistry and Materials Science of Hebei Normal University as an example ,the specific measures adopted in the building process of the system are introduced in details .This paper focuses on elaborating on specific functions , operating procedures and using principles in the system .In the last ,through contrasting the using data before and after the construction of the system ,the effectiveness of the system is scientifically evaluated .
