复合酶制剂对奶山羊泌乳量及乳成分影响的研究

摘　　要：试验选用胎次、体重、产奶量相近的奶山羊60头,随机分成4组,每组15头,分别在4个处理组的基础日粮中添加0、0.5%、1%、1.5%复合酶制剂,研究复合酶制剂对奶山羊泌乳量及乳成分的影响,试验期40 d,其他饲养各组管理均相同。结果表明:日粮中添加复合酶制剂,可有效促进奶山羊的泌乳性能,改善乳成分,提高经济效益,其中添加1%时效果最好。To research impact of complex enzyme preparation on lactation yield and milk compositionof milk goats, 60 healthy milk goats, with similar calving number, weight and milk yield, were selectedfor this test. They were divided into 4 equal treatment groups at random, and complex enzyme preparations with proportion of 0（CK）, 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% were added respectively in the 30 days＇ test withidentical feeding management among groups. According to the results, therefore, adding complex enzyme preparation in daily ration can effectively promote milk performance of milk goats and improvemilk composition, and 1% proportion can create best performance.
