个性化舌侧矫治技术治疗成人安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的软硬组织变化研究

摘　　要：目的研究个性化舌侧矫治技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类错牙合成人病例的矫治效果。方法选择6例恒牙期安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的成人病例,应用舌侧固定矫治技术矫治,矫治前后拍摄头颅侧位片进行头影测量,并对软硬组织变化情况进行统计分析。结果安氏Ⅱ类错牙合成人病例矫治后的硬组织改变主要表现上切牙唇倾度的减小,软组织的变化表现为鼻唇角及上下唇角的增大。软硬组织侧貌得到明显改善。结论安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的成人患者,使用个性化舌侧矫治技术治疗后,同样可以获得良好的矫治效果。Objective To investigate the treatment effects of individualized lingual appliance on adult patients with Angle Class H malocclusion. Methods 6 adult patients with Angle Class II malocclusion in permanent dentition cases were chosen and treated with individualized bracket system in lingual appliance. Cephalometric analysis before and after treatment were performed. The changes of soft and hard tissue were recorded and analyzed. Results The manifestation of hard tissue change was mainly the decrease of the upper incisor labial inclination while that of soft tissue change was the increase of Cm-Sn-Ls angle and SnLs-SiLi angle. The profile of soft and hard tissue has improved distinctly. Conclusions The application of individualized bracket system in lingual appliance in treating angle class 11 malocclusion of adult patients can also obtain good correction results.
