摘　　要：目的探讨Let-7c及其前体Pri-let-7c在肺癌中的表达特征.方法选择47例肺癌患者的肺癌组织和癌旁正常肺组织,利用TRIzol提取总RNA,实时荧光定量PCR检测基因表达量.结果 Pri-let-7c在癌组织中的相对表达量为(13.69±0.80),显著低于癌旁正常组织的(14.13±0.66)(P<0.05),而Let-7c表达无显著变化.肺癌组织中Let-7c与MRP成正相关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移成负相关(P<0.05)),Pri-let-7c的表达与GSTPπ及淋巴结转移均成负相关(P<0.05).结论 Let-7c及其前体Pri-let-7c在肺组织表达并不一致,但与肺癌密切相关.Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of Let-7c and its precursor pri-let-7c in lung cancer. Methods Forty-seven patients with lung cancer were randomly selected and their cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent and relative gene expression levels were detected using real-time quantitative PCR. Results Pri-Let-7c relative expression level in cancer tissues is significantly lower than in adjacent normal tissues（13.69±0.80 vs. 14.13±0.66,P=0.01） whereas Let-7c expression was not significant changed. There were significant positive correlation between the expression of Let-7c gene and MRP gene（r=0.46,P=0.01） and significant negative correlation between the expression of Let-7c gene and lymph node metastasis（r=-0.35,P=0.02）,and significant negative correlations of Pri-Let-7c expression with GSTPπ（r =-0.45, P =0.01） and lymph node metastasis（r =-0.32, P =0.03）.Conclusion The expression levels of Let-7c and its precursor Pri-Let-7c were not consistent in the lung tissues,but they were closely related with lung cancer.
