摘 要:目的:探寻有氧运动和无氧运动对人体血乳酸的影响,比较不同运动强度(有氧运动、无氧运动)下人体血乳酸的生成和运动后的恢复水平。方法:两名身体健康受试者分别进行60s功率自行车全力蹬踏运动和12min跑台匀速跑运动,记录受试者运动前后的心率值和血乳酸浓度。结果:进行60s无氧运动时,受试者A的血乳酸峰值10.26mmol/L出现在运动后7min,受试者B血乳酸峰值14.38mmol/L出现在运动后10min;进行12min有氧运动时,血乳酸浓度均在运动后1min达到最高,分别为6.66mmol/L和6.22mmol/L。结论:运动员在进行有氧运动和无氧运动时,血乳酸浓度总体上先快速升高,后保持在相对较高的水平并缓慢上升,随后再缓慢下降至安静时水平,有氧运动之后血乳酸浓度升高幅度明显小于进行无氧运动。Purpose:To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise on the blood lactate in human body, a comparison is done between the blood lactate concentration and recovery. Methods:Two healthy students go on with a 60-second anaerobic exercise test on cycle ergo meter and a 12-minute aerobic exercise test on treadmill; their heart rate and lactate concentration were measured before and after each test. Results: In the 60s anaerobic exercise test, subject A and B reached their peak blood lactate concentration 7 minutes and 10 minutes later, and the values were 10.26mmol/L and 14.38mmol/L, respectively. While in the 12min aerobic one, both of them reached their peak blood lactate concentration 1 minute later, the values were 6.66mmol/L and 6.22mmol/L, respectively. Conclusions:Whenever in aerobic or anaerobic exercise, the blood lactate concentrates rapidly at the beginning, then keeps a high level for a period of time, after that, it goes down smoothly and regains the level of peace. Obviously, there is a wider range of lactate concentration after anaerobic exercise.
