对比中美高尔夫管理课程设置浅谈改革构想

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、比较研究法、实地调查法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,从中美高尔夫管理专业的课程设置现状以及我国高尔夫行业对人才的需求状况进行调查和研究,发现我国高尔夫管理专业课程设置存在着诸多问题,针对问题,结合美国职业高尔夫管理人才培养成功的经验和我国高尔夫产业未来发展趋势,以及我国高尔夫企业对人才规格的实际要求,提出我国高尔夫管理专业的课程设置的一些建议和构想。In this study, document literature, comparative research, field survey, questionnaire survey, interview and other research methods were used to investigate current situation of curriculum provision of the professional golf management （PGA） in Untied States and in China. Base on the results we got from the survey, we discussed the condition of talent demands of Chinese golf industry and found that there were many problems in curriculum provision of professional golf management in China. In aim to solve these problems, we summarized the successful experiences of training programs of professional golf management in United States and combined with the development tendency of golf industry and the current requirements of golf talent specification of golf enterprise in China. Taken theoretical researches and practice surveys together, we proposed suggestions and ideas for the curriculum provision of golf management professional in China.
