摘  要:采用NI公司的LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,对某大型暂冲式超声速风洞总压测控系统进行了深入研究。针对风洞试验压力控制精度要求高、风险性大等特点,通过合理设计信号采集与处理方案和系统控制与安全策略。实现了总压的快速、精准调节和风洞的安全运行。主要介绍了系统的构成、信号采集与处理、控制策略及安全策略。实际应用表明,该系统具有调节快、精度高、稳定性好的特点,实现了基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术在大型超声速风洞总压测量与控制中的智能化高效运行。The large-scale injector powered supersonic wind tunnel is researched deeply by using NI LabVIEW virtual instrument (VI) technology. Aiming at the characteristics such as high precision and risk existed in pressure control of wind tunnel test, through rational design for signal acquisition and processing solution and system control and safety strategy, exact and fast regulation of total pressure and security working of the wind tunnel are realized. The architecture, signal acquisition and processing, control and safety strategy of the system are emphasized. Practical application shows that the measurement and control system of total pressure has virtues of exact and fast regulation and stable working, which realizes" efficient and intelligent running based on VI.
