摘 要:目前,高等教育正从精英教育转向大众化教育。在分析此背景下的人才需求特性基础上,文中从一般地方高校特征和物流管理专业特点出发,提出面向一般高等院校的以理论课程教学为主体,以实践应用和科研创新为"两翼"的物流管理专业应用型创新人才"一体两翼"培养模式。首先梳理并分析人才培养模式现状,在此基础上明晰应用型创新人才内涵,接着,从培养目标、实现这一目标的课程体系设置、教学方式方法等角度阐述应用型创新人才的"一体两翼"培养模式,最后,就师资配备、评估体系展开讨论。Nowadays, higher education is transferring from elite education to populace education. On the bases of analyzing need characters for talents under this background, the paper proposes a "one main body, two wings" training mode by considering the characteristics of general university and logistics management specialty. The mode views theoretical courses teaching as main body, and practical application as well as scientific research innovation as two wings. Firstly, the actualities of talents training mode are analyzed, and connotation of applied innovation talents is cleared. Then, "one main body, two wings" training mode for applied innovation talents is represented from the view of course system arrangement and teaching method points. Finally, teacher configuration and evaluation system are discussed.
