两种药物联合治疗浸润性突眼的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨锝^99-亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液（锝^99-MDP）加中药对浸润性突眼（GO）的治疗效果及疗效机理。方法对2008～2012年间GO患者46例，采用锝^99-MDP加中药治疗，按病情轻重分别治疗1～3个疗程。同时采用糖皮质激素治疗16例患者作为对照。治疗前后观察GO相关症状、体征及指标，进行疗效和不良反应评判。结果两组患者的主要症候均有改善，锝^99-MDP加中药的有效率为89．1％，糖皮质激素组的有效率为56．25％，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。并测定突眼度、T 细胞亚群的变化，治疗前后两组均有显著变化，但治疗组对患者突眼度的降低、T细胞亚群的调整与对照组相比更明显。结论锝^99-MDP加中药治疗GO是目前较好的治疗方法。Objective To observe the effect on thyriod associated ophthalmopathy （TAO）treated with ^99 Tc-methylene diphosphonate injection combined（^99 Tc-MDP）with chinese medcine .Methods 46 cases were treated with ^99 Tc-MDP combined with chinese medcine as the study groups ,were treaded for 1-3 courses .16 cases were treated with hormone .Results the main symp toms of both groups were improved .The total effective rate of the study group was 89 .1% ,while that of the contol group was 56 .25% .There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0 .05） .After treatment ,the exophthalmos the quantity of CD4^＋ T and the ratio of CD4^＋ /CD8^＋ T cell and the index of glucosamine of both groups were improved ,but that of the study group was improved obviously （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion ^99 Tc-MDP injection combined with chinese medcine has better effect on TAO .
