摘 要:以荷叶总黄酮得率为指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验对水溶法提取荷叶总黄酮的工艺条件进行了优化,确定最佳工艺条件为:料液比(g∶mL)1∶50、提取温度75℃、提取时间15min、加入少量的助溶剂,在此条件下,荷叶总黄酮平均得率达到2.49%,较传统方法提高0.38%。该法具有省时、环保、成本低等优点。Using the yield of total flavonoids extracted from lotus leaves as index,the extraction process was optimized through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum parameters for water extraction process of total flavonoids from lotus leaves were as follows:the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶50(g∶mL),extraction temperature was 75 ℃,extraction time was 15 min,a small amount of cosolvent was added at the same time.Under above conditions,the yield of total flavonoids reached 2.49%,which was higher than that of traditional method with 0.38%.The water extraction of total flavonoids from lotus leaves has the advantages of short time,low cost,environmental protection.
