摘　　要：以马钢检测中心X-荧光自动化系统为研究对象,介绍了钢铁及原料分析检验实现自动化的发展趋势,陈述了含铁原料、铁样、高炉渣及钢渣等试样的分析流程,阐述了分析检验实现自动化的基本内容,探讨了分析检验技术的发展应用方向。Taking X-fluorescence automatic system of Magang inspection center as research object, the paper introduces development trend of automation implemented by iron ＆ steel and raw materials analysis and inspection, and describes analysis process of test samples, such as raw materials containing iron, iron sample, blast furnace slag and steel slag etc, presents basic content of automation implemented by analysis and inspection and discusses development direction of analysis and inspection technology.
